Kool Bandz® are reusable cold and hot therapy products that are the perfect solution to help relieve sprains, strains, headaches and other soft tissue injuries.  These dual action packs can be cooled in the freezer for acute care or warmed in the microwave to aid muscle relaxation.  The soft, frost-free surface is gentle against the skin.  Kool Bandz are filled with a biodegradable, non-toxic material that retains therapeutic temperatures for the doctor recommended 20 minutes.

How do I cool Kool Bandz?

You can store the packs in the freezer for as long as you would like.  Keep the packs in the packaged, plastic bag to prevent soiling.

How do I heat Kool Bandz? 
The smaller 3” x 5” packs vary slightly on the heating due to its smaller size. It's recommended that you heat this product in the microwave for 15 seconds.  Continue heating at 5 second intervals until your desired temperature is reached.  Knead the pack after heating.

CAUTION: Do not over heat. 

How do I clean the packs if soiled?
It's recommended that you wipe the surface with a damp cloth.
