• Can I wear the elbow wrap while sleeping?

It is not recommended for overnight use. Heat or cold therapy is only recommended for up to 20 minutes at a time.

• Can I heat the gel packs in the microwave?

Yes! The Arctic Flex gel packs can be heated in a microwave, in short, 5-second intervals. While heating, watch the gel packs carefully. If they start to expand, stop heating immediately.
