Our Arctic Flex Back Ice Pack is ideal for relieving sore, stiff muscles due to arthritis, strains and sprains, sports injuries and post-workout recovery. Designed for hot and cold therapy, our generously sized ice pack for back pain provides ample coverage of the lower or upper back, the stomach, shoulder or hip. The flexible gel pack is dual-sided for achieving different intensities and has two long fastener straps for hands-free use in any position.

Reducing pain, stiffness, swelling and inflammation, the Arctic Flex Back Ice Pack provides soothing hot or cold therapy with therapeutic compression to promote natural healing. Store the reusable gel pack in the freezer for two hours or more for cooling relief. The oversized ice pack can also be warmed up in a microwave for effective heat therapy.

Measuring 14.45” by 8.94”, the large cold pack is generously sized to cover the lower back, the stomach, shoulder, arm, hip or knee. The back ice pack remains flexible when frozen to conform to the body and provide mild compression therapy. 

• Dual-Sided And Leak Free

Designed for long-term use, our Arctic Flex gel pack is durable and leak-free. One side of the gel pack is covered with a plush material that is soft against the skin and minimizes dripping due to condensation. The second side is covered with soft nylon which creates a more intense cooling effect. 

• Hands-Free Use

Easily secure the back ice pack in any position with the two strong fastener straps. Measuring 51.57” in length, the double-sided fastener straps allow you to sit up, stand up and even walk around while benefiting from cryotherapy.
